Through the RCC SEALs headed by Rtn. Pete Ruiz repainted the five islands on Roxas Avenue, Poblacion, Kalibo, Aklan. In the words of RC Kalibo President More Morier, Rtn. Pete Ruiz “ended the year 2007 with bangs much louder than fire crackers exploded. A great job done by way of “sagibin”. Pete Ruiz and his RCC SEALs group did it on December 29 & 30. Roxas Avenue is an adopted street of the Rotary Club of Kalibo.
