It is very unusual. There is only small sign board (encircled) posted by the fence portraying "Building Permit No. 10 20 092 244, Date Issued: October 9, 2009". Who issued the building permit? Who owns this construction? Is this a gasoline station? If it is a gasoline station, did the DENR issued Environmental Compliance Certificate required under PD 1586? If this building is for gas station, it is an invitation to disaster.
