Rotary International District 3850 held its Grants Management And Public Image Seminar on September 12, 2015,  at Grand Tower, Iloilo City. The seminar was attended by members of the Rotary Clubs in Zone 1, 2, 3, & 4. These are Rotary Clubs from the Island of Panay.

The one day activities consisted of Opening Program, Sesion On Foundation Funding & Share System, Rotary Foundation Programs, Public Relations, District and Global Grants, and Stewardships and Qualifications. These topics were jointly discussed by Past Dist. Gov. Ed Alvarez and RFCC Mac Hermoso.

Dist. Gov. Oliver Ong welcomed the participants to the seminar, while Past Dist. Gov. Toto Cua Locsin led in the submission of club Memorandum of Understanding.

RI Dist. 3850 consists of  Rotary Clubs from the island of Panay, Guimaras, Negros Occidental,Zambuanga Provinces, Basilan, Tawi-tawi, Sulu, and  Misamis Occidental.
