IDUL ASSUMES 12 IB COMMAND

Maj. Gen. Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero, Commanding General, 3rd Infantry Division, AFP presided the turnover of command ceremony of the 12IB (CAFGU) from Lt. Col. Ariel M. Reyes Infantry (GSC) Philippine Army to the new commander Lt. Col Paulito R. Idul Infantry (GSC) Philippine Army.

The turn-over ceremony was held on Friday morning October 3, 2015 at Camp Major Jesus M Jizmundo, Brgy. Libas, Banga, Aklan

Col. Reyes in his farewell, thanks his junior officers and staff members for their sincere cooperation that enabled his command to accomplish their mandates and other functions. He also thanked the stakeholders, government and non-government officials who sincerely cooperated with him in the realization of his project.

He gives a copy of his accomplishment report to Maj. Gen. Guerrero and urged the officers and non-commission officers of the 12IB (CAFGU) to give the same if not more cooperation given him to the new commander.

On the other hand, Lt. Col. Paulito R. Idul, in his assumption of command, revealed his program and projects to be implemented for the good of the 12IB and the people it serves. He bows to provide equal service if not more than the previous commander has done. Lt. Col. Idul used to be the commanding officer of a military battalion in Negros Occidental before   his assignment in the 12IB in Camp Jesus Jizmundo, Libas, Banga, Aklan.

Lt. Col. Reyes will be assigned as operations officer of the 3rd Infantry Division stationed in Jamindan, Capiz according to Maj. Gen. Guerrero./MP
