PAGBANGON PAGPAPATULOY
We invite you to watch the 5th episode of Dayaw: “Pagbangon, Pagpapatuloy”on October 29, Thursday, (with replays on Friday to Sunday) on the ABS-CBN News Channel (ANC).
The episode highlights the importance of cultural mapping and looks into the process of rebuilding and restoring our tangible heritage.
It features heritage sites including the UNESCO World Heritage City of Vigan and heritage churches in Iloilo such as the Miag-ao church, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Also featured is the Escuela Taller in Intramuros where out-of-school youth are being taught skills important for preservation and restoration of heritage buildings.
Dayaw, conceptualized and hosted by Sen. Loren Legarda, and produced by NCCA and ANC, is shown every Thursday, 6:00 pm on ANC, with replays on Friday 1:30 am and 2:30 pm, Saturday 2:30 pm, and Sunday 11:00 am. It is aired simultaneously on The Filipino Channel./MP
