Kalibo’s multi-awarded Human Resource Management Officer IV, Ms. Eleanor Isada, is one of the two nominees of Aklan in the Civil Service Commission’s 2007 Search for Outstanding Human Resource Management Practitioner.
"We could not deny the fact that without Isada’s strict adherence to the Civil Service Law and Rules and her unwavering belief in our employees capability to rise above what they are capable of in serving the people that we may have had difficulties in management," said Mayor Raymar Rebaldo.
