Kalibo Holds Orientation On PPP

LGU Kalibo held a one half day orientation on Public
Private Partnership (PPP) for local Government unit on Thursday morning,
September 3, 2015 at the Kalibo Municipal Hall. Picture above shows Kalibo Mayor William Lachica welcoming the
participants and Atty. Alberto C. Agra (rigth), a certified Public-Private Partnership
Specialist who served as resource
person. He discussed what is PPP, its modalities and the mechanics of each.
