Kalibo, renowned for its tourist attractions and world-class offerings, is witness to Tigerair as the airline spearheads another breakthrough with the launching of the Kalibo Ticket Office on Wednesday, October 2, 2013. It commenced at the Tigerair Ticket Office, Toting Reyes St., Andagao, Kalibo, Aklan. The program started with an invocation and blessing ceremony led by Ms. Malou Pangilinan, Tigerair Director for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. The ribbon cutting followed, after which lunch was served.
The invited guests, prominent people from the business sector and LGU Kalibo government officials and personnel, and Aklan journalists graced the momentous launching ceremonies.
Tigerair flies twice to Kalibo–Manila daily, via Terminal 4 to Manila–Cebu; Manila–Bacolod; Manila–Iloilo; Manila–Puerto Princesa; Manila–Tacloban. Its international flights include Clark–Hong Kong; Clark–Bangkok; Kalibo–Singapore; and Manila–Phuket, Thailand. /MP
