On the theme: “Role of the Academe In Coping With Environmental Degradation and Climate Change”, the Northwestern Visayan Colleges (NVC) will celebrate its 65th Annual College Festival. The celebration is scheduled on March 1 and 2, 2013 according to its President, Atty. Allen S. Quimpo.
The activities for the two days celebration are being finalized by the Steering Committee headed by Mrs. Melrose Q. Martelino, chairman of the Board of Regents, NVC.
Among the highlights are the Search for NVC Sweetheart and King of Hearts 2013. The participants to the contest will represent their respective departments. The first and final canvassing will be held on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14. Coronation will take place on Friday evening, March 1.
There will be Thanksgiving Mass, Playground Demonstration, and Parade and Review in honor of Miss NVC Sweetheart & King of Hearts 2013.
