INVITATION TO BID

The Aklan Electric Cooperative, Inc. (AKELCO) invites qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the Cost of Materials for the CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE PHASE PRIMARY LINE EXTENSION FOR 5 SITIOS SUBSIDY FUNDED PROJECTS OF CONGRESSMAN FLORENCIO T. MIRAFLORES.

Deadline of submission of bids will be on August 12, 2009, Wednesday at exactly 1:00 o’clock in the afternoon at the AKELCO Main Office, Lezo, Aklan. Late bids will not be accepted. Opening of bids will immediately follow.

All Bidders qualifications shall include but not limited to the following:

1. Business Permit

2. SEC Registration

3. Certificate of Registration of Business Name

Interested parties may come to AKELCO Main Office, Lezo, Aklan before the scheduled Bidding Conference for further clarifications and queries.
