On Saturday, August 29, 2009, the Rotary Club of Kalibo was the guest at the weekly "Kapehan sa Aklan" upon the invitation of Aklan Press Club, Inc. President PP Ambrosio "Botoy" Villorente. Featured during the program and gaining exposure in the tri-media was Stop TB Now! – a health initiative of the Rotary Club of Kalibo and Rotary International District 3850. Representing Rotary Club of Kalibo were Pres. Joel Mercurio, Assistant Provincial Health Officer and Rotary Assistant Governor for Zone 4 PP Vic Santamaria, and Sec. Leonardo Raphael Tayco, Jr. as guest resource person. /MP
