UPON Extra-Judicial Petition for Sale under Act 3135 as amended by R.A. 7353, filed by the Mortgagee, RURAL BANK OF ALTAVAS (AKLAN) INC., represented by Laniel D. Refol, its Manager against the Mortgagor AMELIA S. RENTILLO, Filipino, of Legal Age, Married, residing and with postal address at Brgy. Poblacion, Banga, Aklan, Philippines, to satisfy the mortgage indebtedness to the Mortgagee, which as of February 4, 2009 amount to FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN and 67/100 (Php 485,827.67) Philippine currency, excluding Sheriff’s fees, filling fees and other expenses in connection with this sale, all secured by a Real Estate Mortgage, the Clerk of Court VI and Ex-Officio Provincial Sheriff of Aklan, Regional Trial Court, Kalibo, Aklan thru the undersigned Sheriff IV, will sell at Public Auction on AUGUST 21, 2009 at 9:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter at the Office of the Provincial Sheriff, Regional Trial Court, Capitol Site, Kalibo, Aklan, Philippines, to the highest bidder, for CASH and in Philippine Currency, the herein-below described real property together with all the existing improvements thereon, to wit:

"A parcel of RL w/Irrig. Land (Lot No. 701-E), situated in Brgy. Palale, Banga, Aklan with an area of .4387 sq. m. more or less. Bounded on the North by Lot No. 2974; on the East by Lot No. 701-D; on the South by Lot No. 701-F and on the West by Lot No. 702. Said land is declared in the name of AMELIA S. SONCUYA under ARP/TD NO. 93-019-0348 and assessed at Php. 8,260.00 including all the existing improvements found thereon."

"A parcel of Orchard Land (Lot No. 701-F), situated in Brgy. Palele, Banga, Aklan, with an area of .4387 sq. m. more or less. Bounded on the North by E Lot No. 701-E on the East by Lot No. 701-D; on the South by Lot No. 701-G and on the West by Lot No. 702. Said land is declared in the name of AMELIA S. SONCUYA under ARP/TD NOS. 93-019-0349 & 93-019-0350 and is assessed at Php. 8,920.00 including all the existing improvements thereon."

Prospective buyers and bidders are hereby enjoined to investigate for themselves the title to the property described above, and encumbrances thereon, if any there be.

Upon Extra-Judicial Petition for Sale under Act 3135, as amended by Act 4118, filed by the Mortgagee RURAL BANK OF ALTAVAS (AKLAN), INC., against the Mortgagor, AMELIA RENTILLO, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at Brgy.
