In view of the Barangay election to be held on October 28, this year, the 10th National Rover Moot is postponed to Nov. 26 to December 2, 2013. This is announced by Atty. Selwyn C. Ibarreta, chairman, Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Aklan Council.
It was announced earlier that it will be held on October 19 – 25, 2013. It will be held in the same venue in Tangalan with LGU Tangalan as host under the leadership of Mayor Gene Fuentes.
This 10th National Rover Moot theme is, “Scouting Education For Life”.
Rover Scouting is the final stage of youth development in the Boy Scouts of the Philippines. /MP
