Painting Exhibit by deaf and mute students of NVC was open on Monday afternoon September 30 at NVC Hotel Carmen. Picture right shows Hon. Soviet Russia Dela Cruz, Aklan SP member and Dr. Jesse M. Gomez, Aklan Schools Division Superintendent cutting the ceremonial ribbon. Photo below shows a member of the class welcoming the guest and visitors to the exhibit with Hon. Jay Tejada.
