render the airport lousy, dirty and disorderly. The picture was taken at
10:30 on Friday morning, September 20. Why does CAAP allow
advertisements in the KIA? But allow no advertisement in the NAIA? (ARV

Photo above is NAIA Terminal 4 departure area. Notice
there is no advertisement, very clean, comfortable and orderly compared
to the Kalibo International Airport (KIA) which has much to sell and
disorderly. The picture was taken at 5:00 o’clock on Saturday morning,
