Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP) Aklan Council will hold its 17th Annual Aklan Council meeting on June 25. It will be a one day affair to be held at APSTA Bldg. Poblacion, Kalibo, Aklan.
The council meeting according to Ms. Leila P. Leonida – Pamatian will deliberate on the following matters: a. Accomplishment report of the Council Chairman, Atty. Selwyn Ibarreta, b. Financial Report by Council Treasurer, Dr. Ambrosio R. Villorente, c. Election for 4 regular members of the Executive Board, d. Various matters affecting BSP Aklan Council Scouting Operations, and e. Hold the National Court of Honor and other Recognitions.
Dr. Victorina S. Laroza, schools division superintendent of Aklan said the participants to this Annual Council Meeting are members of the Executive Board, Municipal and district chairmen, district scouting commissioners, institutional heads and representatives of secondary schools, district leaders, principals, and district field scouts commissioners (Kawan & Troop).
Registration is free as all the needs for the holding of the annual council meeting are adequately provided.
Dr. Laroza and Ms. Pamatian are encouraging the participants to the council meeting to wear the official Scouters Type "A" uniform. /MP
