Can you please explain how Ms. Ragalado will implement her plan to:
1. Oppose the 40 M Loan?
2. Oppose, I assume, the acquisition of cell phones;
3. As for proper accounting of CBIS fund;
4. Oppose, I assume, the conversion of plywood from hardwood; and
5. Have the submission of proper accounting of KAMB Fund by the required party
She can show how effective she is if she can achieve the above things in the shortest time possible. So that beyond this rhetoric, there is an implementation plan to achieve the objectives.
