Picture shows stalls constructed along Veterans Avenue, Poblacion, Kalibo during the Kalibo Sto. Niño Ati-atihan celebration two years ago. The Sangguniang Bayan of Kalibo, Aklan wishes to formalize the construction and make it permanent by approving a Sangguniang Bayan ordinance. The said ordinance is now laid on the table by the Aklan Sangguniang Panlalawigan under review. However, the construction of the stalls adjacent to the D. Maagma St. has started.
