I can not believe your news report that the Kalibo Ati-Atihan Management Board (KAMB) has not yet approved the 2009 Ati-Atihan Festval plan.
The KAMB, I am sure, has plans already in place. If not, we have the best festival implementors who can hold a world class festival with less than 2 months of preparation. They do not make these guys anymore like they used to.
Go tell it to the Marines.
