Who owns this car shown in the picture at right? This pick-up has been parked at A. Mabini St., Kalibo, in front of the DRSTMH, for several months. It seems nobody owns this vehicle. It is abandoned; it is eye sore; it is hazard. May we call the police to tow this vehicle to a safe place? /MP
