TODO ASENSO?
Is the opposite happening? Upper picture shows the construction of Marianos Bridge, Numancia, Aklan. The billboard states the name of the company constructing the bridge, being implemented by DPWH, Region VI, Iloilo City at a contract cost of Php 13.4 million. The project duration is 100 calendar days which was started on June 23, 2014.
However, after almost seven months or 210 days today the construction is estimated 20 percent completed. The Todo Asenso maybe reversed as the construction is very very slow.
The lower picture shows Kalibo-Numancia Bridge Construction, another symbol of Todo Asenso but the construction is going slow. /MP
