The 601st Aklan Provincial Moble Group led by PCINSP Aden Lagradante, Group Director arrested the persons of Roberto Dela Cruz Y Fernandez, Alias “Bong-Bong”, 19 yrs. old, single and resident of Brgy. Mabilo, New Washington, Aklan; Ronald Cipriano Y Fernandez, 18 yrs. old, single, also resident of Brgy. Mabilo. New Washington, Aklan; and Rogenel Borres Y Espiqui, 21 yrs. old, single also a resident of Brgy. Mabilo, New Washington, Aklan. They were arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued and signed by Hon. Elmo Del Rosario of Branch 6, Regional Trial Court, Kalibo, Aklan under Criminal Case No. 8220 dated 03 July, 2007 for the crime of Murder.
