“PATAASAN Ng Ani” will be the principal subject of discussion during the Farmers Meeting to be held in the morning on Friday, November 16, 2007. It will take place at Mezzanine Café and Restaurant, Rizal St., Kalibo, Aklan.
Mr. Dennis R. Cacho, a famous researcher from Central Luzon State University, Science City, Nueva Ecija will discuss to the invited participants what he calls the “Power of 3”. These power of 3 consists of APSA 80, which is the sticker, spreader and soil lossener/activator.
The second power is nutriplant – SD or the enhancer, seed dressing and seed germinator. The third power is nutriplant – AG or the organic foliar fertilizer, yield maximizer and complete micronurients.
Mr. Cacho is a specialist in the production of off season vegetables. He attended the Asian Vegetable Research and Development Center in Tainan, Taiwan. He has developed the grafted tomato, better known as “Kam-Long”. Cacho manages the Ricnor Farm, Inc.
