Senator Koko Pimentel at right, chair of the Senate
Committee on Electoral Reforms and People’s Participation on Thursday, August
6, 2015, tells officials of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to focus
their efforts in preventing electoral fraud in the 2016 elections. "This
