Sir/Madam:

This has reference to your application dated June 14, 2007, requesting the Batangas Maritime Regional Office (MARINA) for the approval of the following vessel plans:

- General Arrangement Plan

- Lines Plan & Table of Offset

- Construction Plan

- Shell Expansion Plan

- Engine Room Arrangement, W.T. Bulkhead & Midship

- Section & Welding Specification

- Scantling Calculation

- Tailshaft Assembly and Details

In connection thereto, please be informed that the above vessel plans are hereby approved subject to the following conditions:

1. This Office should be informed on the date and place of the construction of the vessel;

2. That the vessel should be constructed by MARINA registered shipbuilder;

3. That the vessel shall be inspected/surveyed by MRO surveyors at the start of construction, periodically thereafter, until its completion in order to verify satisfactory compliance with the MARINA approved plans per P. D. 1059;
