Egg Machine

Director Larry P. Nacionales of DA-RFU 6 is inspecting an egg machine prototype displayed as exhibit of Negros Occidental Poultry Raisers Association, Inc. at Capitol Grounds, Bacolod City recently. He encourages local poultry raisers to be agri-entrepreneurs by investing on an egg machine concept.

Egg machine is a set up of two layer cages with accessories sch as feeders, drinkers, water line and egg catchers. It can house 48 ready to lay hens. It is fueled by layer mash and good quality drinking water. It is expected to produce fresh eggs during its productive period of up to 16 months.

Thereafter, at the end of the hens’ laying cycle, the hens are culled or sold as meat. Then the cages are again refilled with new ready to lay hens. The operation is again restarted.

The set-up measures 7-feet high, 8-feet long and 3.5-feet wide. Cages are made of black iron wire, welded and galvanized to a standard thickness of 15 to 20 microns. (by James Earl E. Ogatis) /MP

Good morning.

I am Jeriel Unabia Repoylo, project in-charge of Surigao del Sur State University - Tagbina Campus.

Surigao del Sur State University - Tagbina Campus is aiming to raise poultry production using egg machine. We have in our hands the egg machine model from ATI-RTC 6. We find hard to fabricate the egg machine due to lack of complete materials.

One of our options is to look for fabricated egg machine. In this connection, I would like to know if there will be available fabricated egg machine ready for release. If there will be, the school would like to have it.

For any response and any transaction thereafter, this number could be contacted, +63907-5889855.

God blessings may shower and receive.
