ASU (Main) Alumni Schedules Homecoming April 28

The Aklan State University (Main)Alumni Association will hold its Alumni Homecoming on April 28, 2012. Atty. Ariel Gepty, alumni president announced this week.

The homecoming will be held in ASU Amphitheater in the morning and in Teodosio Cultural and Sports Complex in the evening of Saturday, April 28.

Atty. Gepty anticipates, during the homecoming, the reckoning of “our good old happy high school and college days with former classmates, schoolmates, mentors and friends”. It will provide chances to visit Alma Mater now the ASU beside the historic Manduyog Hill in “Banga the Beautiful”.

The lead graduates during this year’s Alumni Homecoming are the Silver Jubilarians of AAC High School class 1987 and AAC College Class 1987 and The Golden Jubilarians – BRHS Class 1962.

The important highlights of this year’s homecoming are welcome and recognition program for retired professors, elections and induction of officers for the term 2012 – 2014; Eucharistic celebration at Banga Parish Church. Immediately after the holy mass, Torch Parade, Coronation Ceremonies and awards night will follow at Teodosio Cultural and Sports Complex, Banga, Aklan.

According to Atty. Gepty, the plan for the homecoming is now finalized and preparation for the April 28 homecoming is ongoing.
