Director Teresita Rosales of DSWD turns over the sum of P2.8 million to Aklan Governor Carlito S. Marquez in a simple turn over ceremony in the Governor’s Office, Kalibo, Aklan in the morning of January 19, 2008. The money is intended for the reconstruction or repair of the houses of the typhoon victims of Malay and Nabas at P1.4 million each municipality. Picture above shows Gov.
