Rotarian Joanna Reyes Tay Meren was proclaimed Ms. Valentine 2009 of the Rotary Club of Kalibo during a Valentine’s Party in the evening of Tuesday, February 10. She is shown in photo above being crowned by Sps. Nikki Tayco, Ms. Valentine 2008, RC Kalibo. Shown with Her Majesty, Joanna are the runner-ups, Sps. Becky Morier and Sps. Dolly Villanueva. The party was held at Nenette’s Garden, Andagao, Kalibo, Aklan.
