Upon Extra-Judicial Petition for Sale under Act 3135, as amended, filed by the HOME DEVELOPMENT MUTUAL FUND or PAG-IBIG FUND, with office address at HDMF or PAG-IBIG FUND, Iloilo City Branch, Emmanuel Business Center, B.S. Aquino Avenue, Molo, Iloilo City, Philippines, as the Mortgagee, against SPS. FELIX T. DAVID and RUTH M. DAVID both of legal age, Filipinos and residents of Tinigao, Kalibo, Aklan, as the Mortgagors, to satisfy the outstanding mortgage indebtedness in the amount of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY TWO and 28/100 PESOS (P139,132.28), Philippine Currency, as of December 15, 2008, including interest and penalty charges, plus attorney’s fees, sheriff’s fees and other legal expenses incurred in connection with this foreclosure case, the Ex-Officio Provincial Sheriff of Aklan, Regional Trial Court, Kalibo, Aklan, thru the undersigned will SELL at public auction on March 31, 2009 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning or soon thereafter, at the office of the Provincial Sheriff of Aklan, to the HIGHEST bidder for CASH and in Philippine Currency, the mortgaged real property, together with all the existing improvements thereon, more particularly described as follows:

Survey; on the NW., along lines 5-6-1 by Bienvenido Escalona. x x x containing an area of SEVENTY TWO (72) square meters more or less."

RIVERA, widowed, Filipino Citizen, and with residence and postal address at Malay, Aklan, Philippines, represented by her Attorney-in-Fact GLEN C.
