The Aklan Central Institute (ACI) Golden Jubilarians, coordinated by over-all chairman Dr. Eleanor Tello Mationg, Ph.D, a homebased alumnus, will hold their Golden Jubilee at ACI campus, Makato, Aklan on January 21, 2011.
With the theme "Protect Mother Earth, Fight The Evil Child", the whole day affair will be started with a Holy Mass at Makato Sto. Niño Parish Church. After the Holy Mass, they will turn over their donation of garbage cart to the Sto. Niño Pastoral Council. Headed by Dr. Eleanor T. Mationg, the Golden Jubilarians fully supported by Ms. Raly Tonel Toribio, Atty. Lourdes Taay Pagayatan and Atty. Richard T. Tumanon. Ms. Anabella T. Pastrana chairs the Souvenir Program Committee.
"Other activities include parade around the town plaza; short program; grand lunch at ACI Campus; games and interactions; election of ACI Batch 1961 Alumni Association officers; Fellowship night and induction of officers are scheduled at ABL Memorial Hall", reported Zirta Maagma Erenea who chairs the Info and promo Committee.
Unanimously endorsed to be invited as honoured guests and to deliver inspirational messages are former Assemblyman Jose T. Tumbokon and Mr. Jose T. Mationg, revealed Arturo Tagala who chairs the Finance, Ways and Means Committee.
All active Golden Jubilarians are excited to meet and hear each other of their golden memories during their four years stay in their Alma Mater, and their struggle for success in 50 weary years after high school graduation.
Full grown with wisdom, they understand their duties and obligations to their beloved Alma Mater with burning desire to help maintain ACI to produce high quality graduates in different fields of endeavor.
