The Department of Trade and Industry – Aklan Provincial Office in coordination with Intellectual Property Office (IPO) will conduct a one-day Orientation/Seminar on Intellectual Property Rights on 30 October 2008 (8:30 am – 5:00 pm). The venue is Hernani’s Restaurant and Catering Services (formerly Mix ‘n Match Restaurant), L. Barrios St., Kalibo, Aklan.
According to Deana G. Ruiz, information officer, DTI, applications for patents, trade marks and copyrights may be accepted, examined and processed by the IPO staff during this seminar. One-on-one consultation and advisory sessions with the resource person of IPO will also be available for interested parties.
A registration fee of P350.00 will be charged each participant to defray the cost of lunch, two (2) snacks and seminar handouts/materials.
