Since Pinamuc-an is an island barangay, the people are engaged likewise in fishing. Therefore, fish conservation will be inculcated among the fisherfolks to make fishing more profitable and sustainable. They will be taught the scientific fishing technology, culture and processing. This is geared to improve the fish quality and quantity catch and harvest, add value to the product and improve nutrition. Fish processing and marketing strategy will be taught.
