It was held on November 4–6, 2009 at Ateneo de Manila University, Loyola Heights, Quezon City.
That activity supported the implementation of the Human Resource for Health Management Development Systems particularly the performance management system. The program was designed to provide participants with strategies and techniques on how to manage people better by enhancing intra and interpersonal skills. It aimed to recognize the role of the supervisors and managers in building a positive organizational climate, positive employee attitudes, and to implement coaching skills and counseling techniques.
Supervisors and managers from the different Centers for Health Development, the Provincial Health Offices, hospitals, and the local government units participated in the training. The Provincial Health Office of Aklan was represented by Ms. Celia R. De Lemos.
The teaching-facilitating team and resource consultants were carefully selected for their competencies. The husband and wife team of Agnes Gonzales Ycasiano and Dennis Ycasiano who are independent consultants offers a range of Human Resource Development Services to numerous corporate organizations, medical groups, academic institutions, and government entities.
