LPPresidential candidate Noynoy Aquino and Vice Presidential candidate Mar Roxas were in Kalibo on Wednesday, November 25 on what the Aklanons call "Send Off" to their next higher level destination, the presidency. They were accompanied by their two senatorial candidates Riza Hontiveros Baraquel and Neric Acosta.
Due to lack of time, the four candidates talked briefly of their intention to serve the people and effect changes in the present system of governance. Acosta is a 3-termer Congressman of Bukidnon. Riza Hontiveros Baraquel is a party list Congresswoman.
