Road Hazard

For almost half day on Tuesday, November 3, this 10-wheeler Alrey cargo truck blocked a portion of the Kalibo - Numancia road in Laguinbanua East, Numancia. The truck ran wayward, uncontrolled in the midnight of Monday, November 2, bumped a concrete fence and damaged telephone and electric wires. The front of the truck was badly damaged. What is the cause of the accident? Is it man? Machine? The Police will find out.
