Acting Mayor Rentillo, during the press conference, revealed he will work very hard to reclaim the title of his town as "Banga the Beautiful" and as the Social Capital of Aklan. He did not tell how will he do it, "but with the cooperation of all Banganhons, we will do it".

Rentillo will continue the construction of the "dome" Mayor Antoio Maming has started. It will be done into a beautiful structure people will learn to love. Some P5 million was already spent including the P1.7 million fund of LGU Banga. It will be a waste of resources if what is started is demolished, Rentillo pointed out. /MP

Hello,

What is more wasteful, a) spending money to demolish the structure or b) spending money to finish the structure? Money spent are already sunk costs. In the meantime, what happens to the other urgent and basic needs of the population that are waiting to be funded? I hope there are already none that we can afford to spend more money on the structure that will most likely be used by, how many again?
