NVC Graduate School Inducts Officers






The Northwestern Visayan Colleges (NVC) Graduate School held its General Assembly and Induction of officers last week in RSQ Bldg., Kalibo, Aklan.

Some 220 graduate students, majority of whom, are from Aklan and Antique attended the affair. The general assembly centered its discussion on the theme "The Role of Graduate School and Research In Enhancing Leadership and Managerial Capabilities".

Dr. Jesse M. Gomez, schools division superintendent of Roxas City Division was the guest speaker. His presentation deeply analyzed the theme with particular emphasis on the managerial capabilities of the schools administration. Open forum followed after Dr. Gomez’ presentation, moderated by Dr. Ambrosio R. Villorente.

Dr. Reinalda I. Magdaluyo, dean of the Graduate School and College of Education welcomed the participants, guests and visitors.

Atty. Allen S. Quimpo, NVC president presided in the induction program. Those sworn to office are Marcial Rodriguez – president, Ruby Agnes Estrada – vice president, Azalia Eulalio–Jabagat – secretary, Purisima Randoy – treasurer, Edson Andrade – Asst. Sec. Treasurer, Roberto Vergara –Auditor, Ezequias Bansuli, and Amor Misplacido – business managers, Mark Selorio and Anna Lou Mole, Ariolo Aguirre, Maricris Indemne, Pearl Mari Baltazar, and Marianne Duran – Sgt. at Arms.

The Master of Public Administration Officers are Eulalio Laserna – president, Methuselah A. Santamaria – vice president, Garry L. Pastrana – secretary, Jona R. Pingoy – treasurer, Fria Mae Ursua – Asst. Sec. Treas., Villordon R. Manares – Auditor, and Abdon I. De Mateo – PRO. /MP
