Fr. Edsel V. Delfin, a member of Mt. Carmel Council No 9279 of the Knights of Columbus in Roxas City and currently on a scholarship grant from the Fr. George J. Willmann Charities, Inc. of the Knights of Columbus, Philippines is seeking a one-year extension to complete his studies of Licensure in Sacred Liturgy at San Anselmo University in Rome.
In his letter request to SK Alfonso L. Tan, president, Fr. George J. Willmann Charities, Inc. he said he is about to finish his second year studies which started in 2010. He needs another year to complete his licensure studies.
In view of this he wish to re-apply or request for an extension of the scholarship grant from the Knights of Columbus. If granted, it will start on academic year 2011-2012.
Fr. Delfin who is in town for the Christmas vacation will be back in Rome on Sunday, January 8.
