KASAFI Proclaims Mutya & Lakan Jan. 6, 2012

The contestants for the Mutya It Kalibo Ati-atihan 2012 are trimmed to 12 after two elimination rounds. The first round was held in Boracay Island Resort on Dec. 10 in their swimsuit and on Dec. 23 at Pastrana Park, Kalibo during the Talent Night.

The Lakan it Kalibo Ati-atihan was also trimmed down to 12.
The 12 finalists for Mutya It Kalibo are: 1. Flor Zoraida R. Reyes – Saint Gabriel College, 2. Daisy R. Batch – Infant Jesus Academy, 3. Ivyrose B. Vidal, Kalibo, Aklan; 4. Liezel C. Dumaguin – Aklan Polytechnic College, 5. Kristle Ann D. Vasquez – Saint Gabriel College, 6. Krisna-K O. Marcelino – Altavas College, 7. Alea Kane R. Macavinta – STI College, 8. Arrah Julia P. Dela Cruz – ASU, New Washignton, 9. Cherry Belle C. Dioso – Aklan Polytechnic College; 10. Ayra Faye M. Leonardo – ASU, Banga, 11. Marifel T. Melgarejo – Aklan Polytechnic College, and 12. Balyn D. Castro – ASU.

The finalist for Lakan are: 1. Benedict Rohn Romero – QM Fitness Club, 2. Jewel Magalit – Aklan Valley High, 3. Shem Regalado – Panay Technological College, 4. Nixon Igtanloc – Garcia College of Technology, 5. Don Amiel Rogan – Saint Gabriel College, 6. Mark Edrian Canao – QM Fitness Club, 7. Keisler Quintos –STI College, 8. Patrick Reyes – Verde Grande School, 9. Frederick Austin Arguelles – Panay Technological College, 10. Filomar Conanan – Panay Technological College, 11. Janzen Jontilano – STI College, and 12, Ramon Alexis Melgar Daguno – Ibajay, Aklan.

Mutya and Lakan It Ati-atihan 2012 will be proclaimed and crowned during the coronation show on January 6, 2012 at the Gov. Augusto B. Legaspi Sports and Cultural Center, Kalibo.

According to KASAFI chairman Albert Meñez, three lovely ladies will be proclaimed as Mutya’s and their respective three Lakan escorts. They will receive special awards and cash prizes from KASAFI and corporate sponsors. /MP
