The Northwestern Visayan Colleges (NVC), Kalibo, Aklan donated the sum of P30,000 to the victims of typhoon Sendong in Cagayan De Oro City and Iligan City. Mrs. Marianne L. Quimpo, representing Atty. Allen S. Quimpo, NVC President handed the P30,000 check to Atty. Ronquillo C. Tolentino, chairman of the Philippine Red Cross, Aklan Chapter on December 23, who will forward the amount to the intended beneficiary. The money was donated by the faculty members, students, and NVC administration.
